Our primary concern is the cataloguing of music manuscripts from the 19th and 20th centuries and of printed music from the 19th century. Particular emphasis is placed on the project Repertory of 19th century's swiss composers, which will fill an important gap in the music documentation of a period that was of great significance in the establishment of a Swiss musical identity. The Repertory is intended to include a complete inventory of all its composers. Furthermore, the Swiss RISM branch offers its cataloguing services to libraries, archives and public and private collections at cost price. These services are carried out by RISM's own highly-qualified personnel, and include the use of their own computer-based infrastructure.
